RESERVATION
To ensure prompt confirmation, please supply us with the following details: total pax, arrival and departure dates, flight number, hotel preference and types of room needed.

COMMUNICATION
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by telephone or express email within at least 2 x 24 hours. We apply 24 hours reservation system to give high service for you.

RATES
Transfer, excursion and package notes are NET in both RUPIAH and US DOLLARS. Children rates are negotiable depend on flight and hotel policy.

TOUR PACKAGE
All tour package are included except laundry, telephone call, and tipping. Request for guides proficient in languages other than English should be made in advance and are subject to availability.

PAYMENTS
25% deposit requery after the reservation confirm and the balance will be settle up arrive at Labuanbajo, All payments are to be by telegraphic transfer to Bank account payable to Komodo Flores Vacation Tour as follows:

REFUNDS
Will be apply if the reservation, cancel 1 week before your departure date.

CANCELLATION
Will be charge 50% from the payment charge.
